I would be really happy if this was true. Democrats States will just start paying them and keep asking the federal government for money.

I have several friends in the BP and they all say self deportations are happening weekly. This could definitely cause more to do the same.

It's how they acquire all their power. If Republicans hold the house and senate post midterms. The Democrat crime party will be in a world of hurt. If they win. They will do everything in their power that another President like Trump ever happens again. (Dems want to make PR and DC states, Open the border wide open, stack the supreme court, and go after ICE and any politician that they feel wronged them.)
I can't rationalize why any common sense decent God fearing American would support the Democrat party unless they are corrupt or a degenerate.
Because there are a shite ton of Democratic Socialist Americans who see God fearing decent Americans as their primary enemy.

The numbers are too low, agreed, but a bunch of activist judges with activist injunctions have slowed the process dramatically. Let the Trump (Homan) Illegal Immigrant Enforcement Machine run without tethers and constraints, and we could easily see the exodus quadrupled.
I'll definitely choose to wishcast on this subject, with greatly measured and tempered expectations and simultaneously with no lack of inherent pessimism.

Crazy that it was even a thing. Know a permanent resident who came here as a kid from laos... in '77, started working his arse off at 16 years old. He has worked the same manufacturing job for 35 years. During a brief period when his company had to shut down for two months to be completely overhauled, he applied for food stamps, was denied because he wasn't an American citizen. What's depressing is that he's approaching retirement age, and apparently won't qualify for social security, even though he has been paying into it for several decades.
Been trying to help him get his birth certificate to apply for citizenship. But laotian government is a clusterfrick, there are no documents. Can't even use the "find witnesses of your birth to testify" strategy because the only witnesses were of the older generation and they died a long time ago. Not doing all this for social security or anything. It's because he wants to visit laos one more time before he dies, but needs a passport. And a passport needs a birth certificate.

If there is no bank, there is no method for funds transfer. States don’t have capacity for cash payments.
And EBT cards have restrictions and now might not even work.
So how will states pay? They will have to set up a new infrastructure
