re: Hey Democrats, if Kilmar Garcia isn’t MS-13, why does he have MS-13 tattooed on his hand?

Violence? Really? Ok, drama queen.

You want us to bring back a gangbanger just so we can fix the paperwork so he can be sent back to where he currently is. And you think not doing that is the stupid part?

If you weren't so emotional, you'd be able to use common sense.

How, if El Salvador refused to release him, as they are? Be specific.

The marijuana leaf is for M...M as in Maryland
The second one isjust a man...as in Maryland Man
The up arrow and 3 are about him lifting his 3 kids up to God.

Maryland Dad praying for his 3 kids.

Upstanding young man for sure.

These dudes are having sleepless nights because we aren't going to do some extraordinary extralegal thing to fix a beneficial error to the United States Zero comments about supplying Ukraine with weapons that have killed innocent civilians, drone striking families on accident, etc. It's just so ridiculous. The US makes mistakes all the time here and abroad and isn't meaningfully held accountable, but here's a mistake that unquestionably benefits the country and has a just result anyway, and we've got to do some unprecedented, purely ceremonial stunts to appease the right-minded because Trump happens to be in the WH

It’s politics. Along with all you mention above, the Democratic Party spent years ignoring existing immigration laws and creating situations like this week’s hot political topic with Garcia, and you’d hear nary a peep.

The fact that you’re seeing all the indignation and citing our country being “a country of laws” is very selective and more reflective of political partisanship than anything else.

The cast of characters arguing against what the Trump administration did are mostly the same cast of partisan characters who argue against Trump in any number of situations/topics on this board.

If the admin wants to have the prior order rescinded, just bring him back and have the hearing and then deport him. Case closed.

He already had two hearings under the Biden administration and both times the judge ordered deportation. Biden admin did not do it.

There is zero reason to spend money bringing him back and hold another hearing. Trump actually followed the original ruling from the original hearing, and then the ruling on appeal. Biden ignored that ruling.

But Trump is the one breaking the rules

Nobody cares about the prior order because it was horseshite. The order was that he could be deported, just not to his home country of El Salvador, because of threats from rival gangs. Now he is under protection in prison, so no concern there.

The El Salvador judicial system can review his case and decide if he should be in prison or not, and whether he needs to be in protective custody. It is an issue that should have always been decided there, not by a US judge.

He has been deported, there is no need to do it twice. The case is closed.

Might as well move on to some other criminal illegal because this guy isn't coming back.

It is all relevant and no need to bring him back to deport him again. Just stupid lib ideas that make democrats look stupid

True, except for the fact that it is. This could possibly be the dumbest statement you have ever made.

It’s bizarre to watch conservatives openly mock the constitution. The frick is going on in here?

They are mocking the hypocrites. Conservatives don't believe the constitution is at being put at risk by the executive branch deporting criminals back to their country of origin.

It's not bizarre to see some of you misunderstanding shite. Hopefully this helps.

Are you joking around, or actually being a nincompoop? What you’re looking at there is mocking the person saying it, not the concept itself.

WTF are you talking about?

Being against the administrative state full of bureaucratic hurdles at every turn has nothing to do with the constitution.

If allegiance to the Constitution continues to give us open borders and a huge swath of the country and its institutions working against the national interest...

...then the right is going to abandon it as a constraining idea.

Which should be frightening to reasonable people.
