If he doesn’t have one of those, he doesn’t get deported.
You should take it up with the judge since you clearly don’t agree with that judgement.

That was the same judge that ordered he could not be deported to El Salvador. NO ONE disputes that he could be deported generally.

Well, he has been placed with other MS-13 folks, so the danger he was being protected from is essentially a moot point

I equate this to the deadbeat that agreed to pay a creditor $500 of the $1000 he is in arrears; yet the creditor “accidentally” grabs the full $1000 when given access to the bank account for a payment/ACH withdrawal
Should the creditor send the money back?

Well the admin can bring him back and make that argument. I'm fine with that. That's proper due process.
It would be easier to just bring him back and deport him somewhere that it would be legal, but if you want the longer, virtue signaling path, then that's fine, too.
