Garcia is an El Salvadorian, in El Salvador, subject to El Salvadorian laws. But if El Salvador is cool with it, there are plenty of flights.

No, but that's not the relevant question.

It was relevant to me. That’s why I axed it. I don’t have to ride your crazy train.

It was a bad, irrelevant question.

I gave you the relevant question.

No. I'm implying Trump has the power to negotiate this and the show they're putting on is a ruse.

If Trump can't negotiate this with Bukele, imagine how bad China is about to rape him.

I am truly worried about your ability to function. Cerna says "removal prohibited" "administrative error," etc. You don't think he is admitting to a mistake???

If the cops execute a search warrant but the address on the search warrant was wrong. The cops didn’t make a mistake. They went to where they were told.

If you are in charge of getting people on the plane and Garcia is in the manifest for removal. Following our laws properly would be removing him to El Salvador. Which they did.

It’s plausible deniability. Lawyers love this shite when they’re doing it. They bang tables and wail when it’s being done to them.

That's all that matters for this discussion. The administration's illegal behavior and their response to this illegal behavior.

Is Abrego Garcia a member of MS-13?

This isn’t a court. And you can answer on a scale of likelihood if you’re scared to say yes or no.

we can do this all day if you want?

order properly requires the Government to “facilitate”
Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to
ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had
he not been improperly sent to El Salvador.
The intended
scope of the term “effectuate” in the District Court’s order
is, however, unclear, and may exceed the District Court’s
authority. The District Court should clarify its directive,
with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive
Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs. For its part, the
Government should be prepared to share what it can concerning the steps it has taken and the prospect of further
steps. The order heretofore entered by THE CHIEF JUSTICE
is vacated.

I sense that Slo is a transactional attorney, not a trial attorney. I can’t imagine a judge or jury having a positive reaction to his “aura,” if you will. Which hey, transactional attorneys make money too. Just can’t let them be public-facing.

Sure, if Bukele was rejecting Trump, Trump could show his sincerity by canceling the contract
Or ... or ... we could threaten to nuke the country if they did not release a man to the US, so we could get a judge to sign off, and then send him back. I mean, we could do that. The question is given the circumstances does either premise, yours or the nuke threat, make ANY sense from a foreign relations stance.

Sure. Lots of Salvadorans get 13 tattooed on their knuckles.

And you were complaining about the Trump administration not being truthful in the face of obvious facts. Embarrassing.

You can join him fricktard. I've wondered where you've been hiding.
You have a heavy flow the last couple of days? Your current brand of tampon not keeping up?

You'd be wrong.

Hell, the last time I did oral arguments at the appellate level the lead justice complimented me on my ability to communicate so much information on the "rocket docket" (Note: I won and the opinion is published)

I did write a brief for an attorney once involving a church dispute where I used an applicable Bible quote for each subpart

So he can't leave after getting the tattoo?

I work with lots of former gang members and this take is farcical.

He could, but at what cost?

Why spend even a single penny moving this illegal gang member back to the states just so he can be deported again?

No IRL it's typically understood, but there are rare occasions where someone has to be shown (which happens sometimes)

Less DKE in real life, but it does pop up with attorneys more than the random public.
