Total fake news. 100% was deported legally & on purpose. He’s not a US citizen, not here with legal permission at all.

Why did the administration say he was mistakenly reported?

The power of the MSM is almost overwhelming at times.
People like my Dad, who isn’t very political and still will trust the legacy media see this stuff and then get confused. They portray themselves as legitimate non-partisan news which is ridiculous.
This guy was not mistakenly deported, because he was still here illegally, and he was not a citizen of America or Maryland, because he never went through a citizenship process.

Why do you ask nonsensical questions?
Posted on 4/18/25 at 5:30 am to SouthEasternKaiju
As if any responses to his question matter anyway. He pre arrived at his conclusion before he even knew what it was all about. That conclusion? OMB

What's nonsensical? The administration itself said that he was mistakenly deported. That's how all this shite got started.
He can fricking rot in CECOT for almost I care, but for fricks sake have an ounce of intellectual honesty.

“Mistakenly deported” sounds a lot different than “intentionally ignored court orders and trashed the Constitution,” as is the narrative certain segments of society are so desperately trying to push forth.

I don't watch the news or keep up with these small, unimportant stories.. but, who in the administration said he was mistakenly deported?

Not only do they not care. they no longer #BelieveHer. It seems they're opining that women can make up accusations and obtain protective orders for manipulative reasons.

Robert Cerna, an acting ICE field office director.

THIS! I couldn't be more pro-Trump and in favor of deporting ALL illegal immigrants, but why lie about reality???
Despite all the spin, Abrego Garcia was mistakenly deported to El Salvador. Here's the SWORN affidavit of the Field Director of ICE were he accurately described the deportation to El Salvador as a mistake.
Pick a side. Truth or lies. If, after reading this affidavit, you still insist on saying the deportation to El Salvador was not a mistake, you need to unbunch your panties, because you can't deal with reality.

Nah, you’re just being overly dramatic in the name of attempting to take a bold and edgy stand. Even CNN is receding from the level of melodrama seen here. So they made some sort of “mistake” not in connection with any semblance of an “innocent victim of this fascist dictator,” which is what the disingenuous left is taking so much pleasure in seeing lopped up by certain peoples amongst us.

I pick team America. He was here illegally so ship him back. I don’t care where they ship him or how. He never cared about our laws which is obvious by him breaking them and entering our country illegally, so ship him back.

“Nobody was mistakenly deported anywhere. That’s a big fact that all of you, most of you, have gotten wrong. No one was mistakenly sent anywhere. The only mistake that was made is a lawyer put an incorrect line in a legal filing that’s since been relieved. … He is El Salvadorian. He is an illegal alien. He was deported to El Salvador,” Miller told reporters at the White House on Monday.
I guess that was the only issue. Seems like the media is just doing their normal theater with this.

Melodrama over WHAT? EVERYONE with an ounce of intellectual honesty knows that according to the law, Abrego Garcia was:
1. Subject to deportation....and....
2. Could be deported to anywhere EXCEPT El Salvador
Show me where CNN changes it's view on that, and I will agree with you.
Do you have some authority better than the sworn declaration of the ICE Field Director to describe the deportation as an "oversight" in violation of the protective order???
