He's now under investigation over LEAKS about the Iran war, the Russia-Ukraine war and more, and the case has been referred to the DOJ

Sylvia purportedly got around the Pentagon's escort rules for reporters by meeting journalists outside the building

I always imagined people in those positions could pass any polygraph test

Treason! Maybe it would be nice to have a double execution at Ft Hood on DEC 3. A rifle bullet is cheap and effective way to effectively accomplish the death sentence. It is 100% effective. Treason is punishable by the death penalty especially when it is a high-ranking general committing the crime.

Dude needs to be put in gitmo, Then put up against a wall and shot to death by a firing squad just to reinforce the point.

You folks that want these dudes strung up do realize that polygraphs don't actually determine if someone is lying or not, right? They are like 50% accurate at best. Its a pseudoscientific method. This is why they aren't admissible in a court of law, and why no one should ever submit to taking one. They might be guilty, but they aren't guilty based on polygraph tests.

They also don’t just randomly polygraph people unless they know.

Polygraphs are every 5 years if you have the clearance, which I am absolutely certain he would have had as the 101st Commander and with his position on the JCS.

Here’s why failing a polygraph 3 times doesn’t necessarily mean he lied

This isn’t true. Background investigations are every 5 years for TS but polygraphs aren’t a part of that. Now JCS perhaps but it’s not automatic it’s random and not every year. They are used when investigations are active though which is what I said the first time.
