Lady, as long as you don’t do me or mine or my property any harm, you can protest the Saints being 1-5 for all I care. It’s your time to waste, and every bit as relevant.

But the way freedom of speech works, you see, is that I’m just as free to mock you for being a fool.

People can protest all they like. They just need to keep their shite in line, but we all know they won't because they can't because violence is what they're programmed to do. Commit violence while accusing the other side of being violent.

Does it matter? What was J6 protesting? It doesn't matter. Let the people protest.

***** Disclaimer********This is not my list, this is one of the unhinged liberals on Nextdoor trying to explain his talking points when I asked the same question (A ton of mistruths and exaggerations at the very least):

"Separation of Powers:
- Freezing or redirecting federal funds without Congressional appropriation (violates appropriations clause)
- Defying court orders and resisting judicial mandates
- Using or threatening to use military or guard forces domestically in ways which exceed authority

Due Process
- Executive orders or directives that are vague in scope, or offer no clear notice of prohibited conduct (violates the fifth amendment)
- Indiscriminate arrests of civilians without showing probable cause
- Ordering the execution of foreign nationals in international waters without providing any evidence of criminal activity (even what they claim they were guilty of aren’t capital offenses)

Right to counsel / interference with legal representation
- Restricting firms’ access to federal buildings or compelling disclosures of affiliations (violates the 6th amendment)
- Through Administrative directives, directly targeted independent law firms and lawyers who lawfully prosecuted Jan 6th

Birthright citizenship / Fourteenth Amendment
- Issuing an executive order purporting to end or restrict birthright citizenship (just blatantly illegal)

Immigration / sanctuary cities / federal-state conflict
- Withholding federal funds from “sanctuary jurisdictions,” enforcing federal immigration rules in conflict with local policies (10th Amendment)

War powers / military strikes without authorization
- Ordering strikes (e.g. on Iran or foreign targets) without express congressional authorization

Emoluments / conflicts of interest
- Maintaining business interests (e.g., hotels) while in office; accepting benefits from foreign or domestic sources
- So, he deregulates cryptocurrencies just as HE and his sons start a crypto business, which received $2 billion from the UAE. 4 Months later, DT approves the UAE to receive highly sought-after US-made AI chips.
- Qatar gifts him a luxury jet (which he will keep after office), and just this month, the admin announces the development of a QATARI AIRFORCE BASE IN UTAH. (read that one again).

Undermining independent agencies / removing oversight
- Mass removal or replacement of inspectors general, restructuring civil service protections, altering or eliminating independent oversight bodies (holy corruption)

Attempt to seize or reassign National Guard / state guard control
- Federal takeover of state National Guard units or interfering with their control

These are literally just a handful I could quickly identify, confirm and list out. The actual list is much longer and growing daily. This guy is acting entirely independently of the law and he does not care for or respect our Constitution. I didn't even touch on the fact that he (thinking he was sending a DM, not tweeting) told his AG to prosecute a political opponent.

OK, again I will get Spencer even though if you check my posts you can see i am firmly in Trump's corner.

Many here will realize why everything is say is crap, but you want some examples of what a leftist would day...

1. He is using multiple states national guard in states that don't want them used. This is just inflaming tensions and will allow him to stomp spam on the right of mostly peaceful protestor. He is using the military against states that he doesn't like and that don't like him.

2. He had shredded constitutional rights. From using his secret police to kidnap people off the street to taking away due process from peoplee he has made a mockery of the rule of law.

3. Riding cowboy with the world's economy. He flies by the seat of his pants and places tariffs and takes them away with no rhyme or reason. He could cause the world's to go into a recession! He doesn't even have the authority to do these things. It's crazy!

4. Deporting non criminals and citizens alike to wherever he wants to send them. From ignoring the courts to ignoring due process he is breaking up family and leaving a trail of destruction in his eagle. He deports permanent residents of he disagrees with they're speech to having up many low wage workers who make or country great. We need reform off the immigration system and having a bipartisan bill supported at one time by members of both house which was what we had under biden before trump stopped it would've been transformative.

Look you wanted specifics. The specifics here are all crap and many are straight up untrue but to leftists they ring true and that is all that matters.

The issue is the lefts echo chamber is strong. W way stronger than the right. And they control the media. And many lady people still get the less that are told to them by the msm.

Ok fine. Keep making fun of strangers on the internet even though you apparently have no problem with what they are doing. Happy?

4cubbies either doesn't understand this or else she simply doesn't care.

PS - And for the record, I hope everyone noticed that she didn't list a single, solitary reason why anybody would justifiably think that President Trump has hijacked the executive branch of the federal government and is acting like a King. Apparently, the lefties here can't even articulate their own so-called opinions and beliefs. #SAD

I have no problem with people with a true cause to exercise their right to speak, assemble (with the proper permits) for a legitimate cause, as it normally interferes with commerce where they gather. Plus, your bunch tends to break shite.
However, the Trump Admin has done nothing whatsoever to act as they are the King of anything. In many countries the Kings (or Queens) attend ground breaking ceremonies and grand openings. And they cost a bunch.
So please be specific with your descriptions of how the Trump Administration has acted like a King.

I tend to go with the former. Common sense isn’t exactly her strong suit.

I, for one, appreciate "No Kings Day". It's kind of like people with bumper stickers on their cars. It makes it a lot easier to discern who you have zero interest in hanging out with.

If Trump were acting as a king, do you think that he would even allow these "protests" to take place? Of course not. Not exactly "king" behavior.

It's especially interesting since the backers of this protest wanted protesters in 2020 to go to jail.
