This is one of the things that absolutely needs to be done. Make their lives uncomfortable. They need to know that their actions are not without consequences.

If she interferred with the duties of immigration, she is in violation of immigration. Requirements of Global entry and TSA pre-check clearly state there can be no violations.
Both are privileges anyway. No rights are being violated. The individual can still travel. It isn't like they are debanking her (which I am sure you were very vocally against).
