So even while it is true, it can be a misdemeanor, it can also be a felony. Penalties for both are minimum detention and deportation. Basically same as any other country. Well, ok, there are countries that would kill you for illegally entering.

There's another video of this incredibly obtuse person, Don Lemon, arguing with people on the street that misdemeanors are not really criminal acts.
Idiots like him influences the lowest common denominator of the Democrat party to go out and assault ICE agents and interfere with federal investigations because they believe everything this jackass is saying is accurate and factual.
I saw one of them on an X feed arguing that ICE does not legally have the ability to arrest anyone. According to that fool, ICE can only observe and report. They also argued with everyone in the feed, calling them "stupid hicks" and said ICE is disobeying the law" and are "Nazi" like when they exceed their authority and arrest illegals.
Therefore, it makes it perfectly OK to go out, obstruct them and even assault them.
This is how incredibly stupid and ignorant these people are and I blame Democrats and their media allies for this.
