If you want Trump charged but don’t support charges against Obama you aren’t worth debating because you are simply wanting to use lawfare against your political enemies.

What are the statutes of limitation on these offenses, and when does the clock start? I can see them being perpetually reseting because you still are in possession, but I could be wrong.

NYC was first, the DOJ will indict in June and the DA in Ga will indict in late July/early august just to keep the news cycle going and to set the trial in spring/summer of 2024. Almost makes me think this effort is coordinated, but I’m sure the timing is purely coincidental.

Folks that know much more about this than me think a Sec. 793 charge, if brought, would have to be in FL instead of DC.
