If he committed a war crime he can fry. In no world should unelected ketamine addicts be making meaningful foreign policy decisions.

He’s probably either going to be the fall guy or witness #1. Either way, he’s got some explaining in front of a committee to do….

ETA: both Musk and the admin are denying they did this. Were obviously going to find out who did eventually. If you think Musk is somehow immune regardless you’re just a fan boy.

Well they can lawfare him to death(hey Slo) if they get both houses but I don't see much else they can do till they win the POTUS seat. The richest guy in the world has better lawyers, a space program, military linked satellites, ESO's, electric batteries and power for homes and on and on. He is OK.

How would he ordering his company to shutdown their internet business be applicable to a war crime?
Please be specific.

Elon has nothing to worry about. The statute of limitations will have expired by then.

What’s really going to hit you like a ton of bricks is when this admin throws him under the bus.

They’re already laying the groundwork…

Good fukin luck putting the richest man in the World in jail.

lol

He literally and figuratively could bankrupt our government (even more) while they chase something they will never catch.

But saying all that, democrats couldn’t care less about our tax money so I’m sure they would try it.

No they aren't. It's his company. Restricting the access he's been giving them for basically nothing isn't a war crime, you absolute idiot.

Please be specific.

If those contracts are with the government (of the United States) then he needs to do what the U.S. government tells him to do.

Don't worry, mwade is only reading the headlines of the articles he's posting.

quote:

"I'm not aware that we knew about this decision beforehand. But that's irrelevant," Rubio ?told reporters during a trip to India.

"The bottom line is that that is governed by a private commercial contract as to how ?their stuff can be used and what speeds they'll allow it to be used at."
