Doesn’t the policy screw over residents ultimately? The developers are just doing the math and saying the investment doesn’t justify the return therefore not building.

Aren’t you being a little disingenuous? It’s obvious how and why the term was originally used and developed.
Your example is meaningless because there is no political component or weaponization of a political figure.
Certainly you recognize that instead of pretending the definition is malleable enough for you to obfuscate the actual point of the thread(s).

What’s wrong with this guy? His arguments seem to be founded in logical thinking. Admittedly I don’t know much about him, the few times I have heard him opine on a topic it seems to be a reasonable take.

Got it. You are not being truthful with yourself and your mind is deceiving you. Your rational thinking is cloudy.

The problem is Trump has always been bombastic and rambling, so his dementia is harder to recognize than with Biden.
The fact you are comparing Trump’s mental acumen to that of Biden tells me you are not a serious person. Trump is one of (maybe the most) accessible president of my lifetime and talks off the cuff multiple times a day giving an unpolished view into the decision making.
Trump definitely has faults but try to at least be reasonable.

Deportations?! Bro…
Dragging the deep state into the light?! Bro
Sure. The transient inflation and gas prices (also directly driven by the Ukrainian conflict) caused by the Iran war is a concern. If I am being objective about this situation though, it seems as if this will be resolved soon enough.
If you want to be critical of Trump, that is fine, but at least have your complaints backed by fact.

Good friends? There are multiple reports stating the exact opposite.
Occam would also indicate that if Trump was involved the previous Administrations would have leveraged that.
Very interesting gymnastics you go through to contort the situation in order to poke Trump between the eyes. Sad really.

You are correct; that is the only reason. The Administration has only mentioned America being Israel’s whore.
Be better.

Odd argument. At no point did I indicate other countries (some of which are not friendly to America) had no nukes.
My point was not that … obviously; I was purely showing how illogical your argument was.
I don’t disagree that Israel (or others) should be the primary engager(s) in Iran. However, this was not your initial argument. Maybe you were just being performative with your OP?

I think we should just have every “shithole country” have a nuke since we have interceptors….
No one wants to be in Iran for 10 years but you flailing around stating you don’t care if Iran has a nuke bc we have interceptors, is not a great argument.

You are correct. Always when I think of martyrdom, explosive vests, and general terrorism, I think of Christianity and the chants of “Jesus, My Lord and Savior” before the killing and maiming of women and children.

There are examples like this all over the world - Peru, Egypt, Jordan, etc
Many of these we still have no clue why these archaeological wonders were constructed nor how they accomplished it.
