He doesn’t need US contracts. And you have still not named the US Code you allege he violated. I told you you wouldn’t name one. Because you can’t.

Again, it’s HIS company. He can withhold service to whoever he wants regardless of what comes of it. His idea. His product. His service. And here you are implying he should be treated as a war criminal for withholding service

I clearly said IF he committed a war crime he can fry.

In 2023 the DoD signed a contract to provide Starlink for the Ukrainian military. That contract gave direct oversight and funding for customized defense-grade communications (including Starshield).

Musk absolutely has to honor the terms of that deal. I can’t say for certain but I’m pretty confident “turning it off whenever you want” isn’t part of that deal.

Do you know otherwise? Have you seen those terms? And if those really are the terms, what country in their right mind would ever hire Elon ever again?

Read the post you’re responding to again, see if you can’t figure that question out for yourself.

exactly. these TDS-filled progressives speak as if they're all knowledgeable on any topic that inflames their unstable psyche and extrapolate the biased media-provided info into their spiteful dream scenario

Elon has more power than Congress. Good luck with that. Dude would hire a private army before letting the fascist left perp walk him

So no. You haven’t seen anything. You’re wildly speculating. So dumb.

Elon denies that he restricted their access in the first place…

Somebody is obviously lying. Who and why, TBD.

Ukraine isn’t entitled to starlink usage

What happened to “it’s a private company they can do whatever they want”

Well presumably the contract they signed with the DoD in 2023.

Unless you’ve seen the terms of that deal and can say otherwise, that’s the problem you’re looking for.

Musk has every right to limit Ukraine’s use of Starlink for military purposes. It’s expressly permitted for commercial use, and not to be used in offensive endeavors. If they want a service for military purposes SpaceX has a separate system, Starshield, that the Pentagon has access to.

You’re half right.

Starshield was included in the 2023 deal with our DoD.

I heard Rubio. There is Starshield and Starlink. Ukraine needs Starshield to protect themselves. Rubio said that is by permission of the US government. Starlink is a private company and not under the direction of the US.

From SpaceX: Starshield is designed for government use, Starshield launches satellites with sensing payloads and delivers processed data directly to the user.

You democrats will live a miserable life. And then you will die.

You’re miles behind. Ukraine has a deal with our DoD to provide Starshield that was signed in 2023.

The question is who, and why, throttled it down right before the Russian attack. Musk or Trump. Both are denying it.
