A restaurant doesn't say 86 when they are out of something. A waiter says 86 an ingredient when a customer doesn't want said ingredient on an entree that it usually comes with. Not only does she fail to understand the application, she publicly announces it to her constituents.

If any Republican were to suggest 86 someone on the left or a person in a protected class, the MSM and others would be freaking out, claiming it was a call for assassination. Let's stop pretending these people don't know what they are saying or what they intend. We know what they would say if the roles were reversed.

This is the perfect retort to anyone from the party that claims any conversation by the enemy has "dog whistles".

Yeah, they didn't say they were racists directly, but they implied XYZ with these random words. If that doesn't make sense, the surely they were thinking it!

That quote above is the standard MO of progressives and their media, yet they want to play semantics while calling for yet another assassination.

According to a math professor at UW-Madison friend of mine she doesn’t have a real shot at winning.

Let her keep talking.

You referring to the party that had people dancing in the street when they killed a guy that debated them at colleges? That party?

There is always someone they want to kill. Always.

Restaurant personnel do say "86" when they are out of something.

The phrase has been around for decades with that exact meaning.

Its hillarious when you realize most of leftist politics is just people pretending not to know things.

They pretend not to know communism has always failed.

They pretend not to know their policies result in poor outcomes across time and geography.

They pretend to not know how things they advocate for are racist against white people.

They pretend not to know that most democrats are fine with violence against their opponents, its just not socially acceptable to admit it on camera (yet).

On and on and on.

Being that it was used in previous versions of veiled language in statements people think they are okay in saying that. It’s known rhetoric that could bite them in the arse

86 is to get rid of. How do you get rid of a president? You kill him.

They'll say it means "politically" take out Trump.

But we all know what that means.

And it doesn't matter if another Republican was in office. They'd say the same shite.

86 was used to mean "we're out of" in the early 30's in soda bars. The etymology changed by the 50's to mean "to cancel, or eliminate", the original meaning was all but forgotten and replaced. To this day "to 86" means to "get rid of, eliminate, or cancel".

Most people know what in means in today's usage, they just play stupid.

I believe it stems back to the mafia. They would say to 86 someone - take them 8 miles out of town and 6 foot down.
