The conversations on Trump’s inauguration has brought up them figuring that after January’s oaths off office in HOR that with the loss of reps going into Trump’s circle of advisors and offices that the democrats will possibly outnumber the republicans therefore they will not seat the incoming president.

A conviction requires a 2/3rds majority. This article conveniently omits the fact that Trump was acquitted in the Senate and implies that a simple majority vote is enough for conviction.
