It's not going to take 60 years for things to get strange. We're already there in a lot of ways, particularly when it comes to technology and societal behavior/norms.

Well, we're in the beginning stages, yes. But I am mostly talking about when all this is perfected and baked into society. Where:
1.) all vehicles are driverless
2.) drones are zipping around the sky like mosquitoes - delivering everything
3.) the robots are indistinguishable from humans, down to the finest detail, like Westworld or Blade Runner.
4.) All Hollywood is 100% AI generated with zero real actors or writers.
5.) almost nobody works and lives off some UBI because AI and robots do most of the necessary labor

I wonder what their Military version looks like? Albeit they have an abundance of cheap and expendable humans to carry out warfare.
Sidenote: I was watching a Convention of private/corporate Military Hardware down in Florida. Impressive high tech that will seriously change battlefield dynamics.
I would love to see the day that we "hammer our swords into plow shears", but I think it won't be in this life for me. Maybe a 'future' Parallel Universe' or Biblical Millennial resurrection?
Incomprehensible change is inevitable. And a lot quicker than we imagine.
