It's going to be a strange world 60+ years from now.

That maid will have to be a lot better looking, with increased functionality, before I’m paying $28,000.

Reminds me of my last wife. Looks like it just leaves a bigger mess to clean up.

Huh. I was expecting it to look like this

Only $28,000, seems more costly than that. But who got all the stuff out of the fridge and cracked the eggs and opened the packages?
Posted on 5/23/26 at 7:49 am to cajunangelle
Will they all look alike?

$28K is a bargain compared to the cost of a wife. And you can probably program it not to beech every time you drink beer and watch football.

60? Try 10. 5 is going to be jarring, even. Elon is going to build a million a year of these.

The U.S. needs to better that with one that looks like Sydney Sweeney and naked.

lol at the whole thing needing to be time-lapsed so you don't realize how incredibly slow it is.

That thing is a POS... Love how they 'sped-up' the video... to the point of almost stop motion animation, thinking while it finished breakfast, our two humans were now having lunch, 4 hours later.
That base to roll around on... lol.
China throws out a lot of shite, but this is shite from 30 years ago... w/ AI attached.

I'll take the old fashioned kind. A used model about mid 30s in age.

China is nearly all ran on AI. Traffic moves via AI. Food vendors. It shows cars and self driving taxis. People moving all over the city.
But where are they going as what jobs remain?

Robots with knives, slippery slope

The Chinese have always lied about their tech capabilities. I highly doubt AI is as pervasive there as they want us to believe.
