It’s honestly a confirmation of my post. I don’t like you or anything you stand for but the word woke is frankly too broad now to be of any real use when dealing with normies. This board it’s mostly still fine since we all are tuned in enough to understand whatever context it’s used in.
Someone in this thread for instance has actually defined Afrocentrism exactly as woke when it’s more like all Afrocentric minded are woke but not all woke are afrocentric.

Wokeness is about being in a cult. If the cult says there are 20+ genders, then you've to pretend to be outraged if you see anyone saying there're only two genders.
If the cult says abortion up until the time of birth... then you've to pretend to be outraged if you see someone claim that's too extreme.
If the cult says sex books for elementary school students, and teachers being allowed to have secret sex talks with their students... then you've to pretend to be outraged if anyone speaks out against it.
Basically it's adhering to what the cult says and not the beliefs themselves. Because the beliefs change all the time. The beliefs are only a means for the cult to exert control and see who is an obedient cultist and who isn't.

Offshoot of post modernism that defines western liberal values and institutions as inherently white/male/straight supremacist. Those values and institutions persecute those that aren't white/male straight and therefore must be torn down and replaced with values and systems that create equitable outcomes. Similar to marxism yet replaces economic victimhood with identity victimhood.

Yes, I define it as describing an event, stance or environment one simply doesn't agree with and then taking it out of context (or in the incorrect context, and whether purposefully or not) so as to show it as being self-evident proof of discrimination, oppression or injustice, especially in a systemic fashion.

This is the best definition put forth yet imo but I still think it’s a bad idea entirely to engage with the question if dealing with Twitter freaks. It’s a trap.
