he volleyball one is horrendously hard.

It is just cosmetics for beating it on the hardest mode.
I am basically at the end of the game. You will be about level 62ish. I have probably killed about half the chromatic bosses and overworld bosses. There is an insane difficulty spike.
Over 1,000,000 copies sold. Again, this isnt including gamepass.
Isn’t Walker basically the same size and weight as Micah Parsons? Walker has immense upside if he can transition to full time edge like Micah did, at worst he will be a solid LB
Dude is fast as hell. Al Davis would’ve drafted him in the first round. If they can help him improve his hands I could see him having a solid career.
The amount of cosmetics in this game is insane. If this game was made by Ubisoft they would’ve all been cut out and sold for 5.99 each, as well as 1/3 of the map for a future 20$ dlc

Who knows. Let them cook its not important.

Does it bother anyone else Lune doesnt ever wear shoes? Once I noticed it I cant unsee it
The game has a user score of 9.6 on metacritic which is the highest ever,  the AAA industry looks like a dumpster fire.

The pictos are different from skills. You will find an absolute frick ton of pictos, after they are equipped for 4 fights anyone in the party can equip their passive using lumina points. The biggest reason to equip them after that is their stats

As far as skills you can see what you can unlock and read it, the skill trees do expand but discussing any of that would spoil major reveals.

The freaking giant gestral with the shield has been wrecking me.

Maelle has a move that removes all the shields and lets her move again if the target is defenseless. Use her first turn to apply defenseless, burn it with lune which will allow her to move to virtuous stance whenever you like.
We need to bully SQE into using this combat system in ff17
They sold over 500,000 copies in one day. This isnt counting gamepass. Really happy for them.
You can only jump attacks that have the yellow signal for it. Everything else can be dodged or parried. You unlock more defensive options later but the game tutorializes them.
The end of act 1 is an absolutely wild moment. This game is insanely spoilable, to the point screen shots could ruin future reveals. It’s annoying a bunch of YouTubers are using a playable character that wasn’t in any of the marketing in their videos image. I’d avoid all of them
I wonder how you break the damage cap? I need to break free from 9999
I couldnt get the parry timing down either for one of his attacks where he sounds the trumpet before hand. After I died like 7 times I just dodged that attack when I saw it, His other attack I got the timing down for.

but I get a bit turned around at times in my nook investigations.

This is going to become worse. The areas, especially the main dungeons, become much much bigger and wider open as you progress. A mini map would be appreciated bigly but as you said I get why it isnt there.
It really depends. I imagine I am probably about 2/3 ish done with act 2 of the game and I have played the game on hard, but I have also tested the game a bit on normal. On hard you will have to nail every single defensive input, which you will want to do anyway because counters do massive damage, or you will get absolutely destroyed. Where I am I have encountered some enemies approaching the end game with 8,9,10 hit combos. Dodging gives you a more forgiving window. Normal from my limited experience is a more balanced approach between the two.

Everything is very well designed and the telegraphs are fair imo. Much like sekiro the sound design is literally some of the best I have ever seen so you can use that to help your timing if you struggle.
I think it's great. I could see how someone wouldnt like it though. Playing on hard you will get absolutely arse blasted if you miss one defensive input and I am starting to reach enemies with like 6-7 hit attack combos
