I am surprised that they didn't announce that they have stopped counting once the Indian pulled ahead of Pratt.

They are not ready for the vampire they have invited in.

Democrats could have let Spencer Pratt take 2nd, then easily defeated him in Nov:

"See, our elections aren't rigged. We let a MAGA friendly win".

Instead, they have fomented total unified visceral utter disgust. The Nation was glued to every single count, watched a 7%-point lead evaporate days after the physical voting ended.

The Establishment fricked up (John Thune, the most hated man in America). They treated this like a sleepy, localized primary that they could manage through standard, bureaucratic slow-rolling. Their ruthless public pursuit of power blinded them that entire country is hyper-sensitized to election integrity RN (thanks be to Trump).

By pushing Nithya Raman past Pratt by a razor-thin margin of 3,113 votes on a Sun. night, they lit a powder keg under the Nation, a 11.0 earthquake.

BS you say?
Read any comments, any local national MSM or any few daring to defend CA elections, on any SM platform. The vitriol of disgust hatred utter contempt for Democrats & RINOs corruption has unified a once deeply divided country.

They thought they were quietly securing a predictable Bass vs. Raman runoff for November. Instead, their smug pretentious Marie Antoinette-esque hatred brought together — the Left, the center, the Right — a shared outrage, turned a local mayoral primary into a national symbol of institutional corruption. They underestimated the public's boiling point, and now they have no idea how to contain the blowback. They so fricked themselves. Psychopathic doesn't even come close. They have healed a broken polarized country, once unimaginable.

Thank you Spencer for your unwavering courage. Thank you Trump for your fierce bellicosity. Thank you Dumocrats for destroying your own party. Thank you Thune, McConnell, Murkowski, Collins, Tillis... the most despised humans in Nation.

Utah only requires that mail-in ballots be postmarked by election day with no deadline for them to be received.

North Dakota is the same as Utah but has to be postmarked the day before election day.

Mississippi requires that mail-in ballots be postmarked by election day and received 5 business days after the election.

Several states have the same requirements as California

None of that should be allowed to fly. If you're going to use the convenience of mail-in voting, then you should stick your ballot in the mail WAY in advance to ensure it arrives in time.

But you do make a valid point, if other states have the same rules as California.

All mail in votes should be in hand by election day. that is a fair election.

Hopefully the USSC will soon do something at least as to federal elections. Still waiting on that decision. I know they’v already voted, but they have to have noticed the shite show in Cali.

My understanding is that the ruling will not affect the outcome of the current election that just ended. When SCOTUS finally reveal the ruling then election officials will need to notify voters of the new deadline for Nov and moving forward.

Louisiana is at the bottom of every good list and the top of every bad list, but we can have an election and get the results that night.

California's election practices are third world.

How is it you retards are the only ones incapable of holding an election and getting the results in the same day?

I don't live in California, but no state in the history of the United States has completed counting all ballots on election day.

They have the results they needed right now. Why risk it?

Becerra is a proven entity. He is loyal to the Dem apparatus as evidenced by his blind loyalty to the Biden administration. They can't risk Steyer beating him in November. Steyer is a multi-billionaire businessman that may not fall into line. Hilton doesn't even factor into their thought process.

This game game plan has already worked once on the national stage. If the Dems regain power, it will be the norm.

California votes: Better to have them and need them than need them and not have them.

That is unbelievable. If the vote cannot be counted within 24 hours, it shouldn't count. It's that simple.

IMO, Ballots received in the Mail should be delivered in Person by the Person it was mailed to. Then Ballot is scanned and Name is cross referenced on the Voter role.

Honestly, I don't think anybody cares anymore. They've eliminated the Republican, just doing what California does.

Whomever the powers-that-be are, they've decided that this is what Angelinos want. So this is what Angelinos get.

To be honest, they probably saved Pratt's life by doing so. Escaping should have been the goal long, long ago. If you wanna surf, surf Florida. Less needles and piles of human shite to step around.

Hopefully Pratt is orchestrating a huge ballot dump for tomorrow an hour before the deadline!
