I was laughing my arse off when Bill Maher interviewed Newscum about this high speed rail project. Newscum said all the regulations and permits are finally in order and will begin finishing this project that was approved in 2008.

One of his best interviews was with Joe Rogan. He revealed that during the Palisade fires and Mayor Bass was in Ghana, the deputy mayor left in charge was at the time under house arrest for calling in a bomb threat to city hall. :rotflmao:

Admirably, Spencer grown into who he currently is but he wasn't always this guy we see now. He's not new to politics either, he has an undergraduate degree in political science.
