Hopefully the USSC will soon do something at least as to federal elections. Still waiting on that decision. I know they’v already voted, but they have to have noticed the shite show in Cali.

California is lost. Maybe if SCOTUS rules that election Day means elections are held on one particular day then there will be a chance that the good guys can fight back. However, I would expect the state to do everything possible to ignore the ruling and continue on with their clown show of an election process.

Utah only requires that mail-in ballots be postmarked by election day with no deadline for them to be received.
North Dakota is the same as Utah but has to be postmarked the day before election day.
Mississippi requires that mail-in ballots be postmarked by election day and received 5 business days after the election.
Several states have the same requirements as California

THIS is why we can never get rid of the electoral college. They do this in all the blue states and get away with it. For presidential elections it’s not that big a deal because we basically concede these far left nutjob states to the Democrats anyway. But if they ever got rid of the electoral college, this is what would go on in every presidential election and Republicans would basically cease to exist as a party.
