Alex Jones personally does not turn over files in a lawsuit, it is done by whoever is representing him. Highly unlikely that his lawyers did not comb through those files.

it is all a set up but I think that AJ is CIA to throw people off of all things questioning govt being a nutty conspiracy. I imagine the money from the vitamins he sells goes to them.

The FBI says it was planted and AJ has offered $1milllllllllllion dollars for info leading to the arrest of the real criminals.

The claim from the parent's lawyers is when they received electronic files from AJ's lawyers due to discovery, the files contained child porn.
The FBI has claimed after looking into it that the child porn was planted onto the Infowars servers (not a personal computer).
There have been no specific claims as to when it would have been planted or by whom. Nobody has said if it was planted many years ago by hackers or if some shady lawyers on AJ's team slipped it into the transmission or any other scenario.

hmmm there was just an article over the weekend warning Alex Jone that a group put child porn on the infowars servers in a hidden way.
It was the FBI who was warning Alex Jones, now this. I have to think they are related.

So who would be setting him up exactly? Most people think he's a loon so I am not seeing the need to discredit him further

I would think thebplanted material would be attached by the bad guys, or have some code that attaches the porn automatically, somehow.
Even if you hate the guy, you would have to know he didnt personally send the stuff to the other attorneys.
Im thinking they are trying to get a warrsnt to search his entire hard drive and thisnis a clever way to get that done.

If you believe that there are people that hate Alex Jones to an extent to which you've probably never hated anyone, and if you believe that even the NSA is able to be hacked....then it's not too difficult envision.
