People can independently believe Alex Jones partakes in child porn, that's fine, but to think hackers planting child porn is not a thing these days is pure, unadulterated ignorance. Just google "hackers planting child porn" for crying out loud. If you had 10k to spare it probably wouldnt be that difficult to have child porn planted on any person on this very site's computer files if there were the will to go onto the deep web and seek that service out.
And p.s. Im no white knighter for Alex Jones, just no fan of ignorance either.

Jones is weird, and an imbecile.
Period!
However, "capable of" does not translate to "guilty of". Someone created and someone mailed the videos. Both are crimes. Hopefully those perps are now hosed.
The remaining question is whether someone in Jones' camp solicited them. Seems odd they'd not have a download track if that was the case though.
