Yes, That’s what he’s saying. At this point, that’s exactly what he should be saying

It’s been 5 fricking months.
I had an employee who was caught stealing something at Home Depot and he said that it was an accident because the self checkout thing didn’t ring it up properly.. anyways, he took that little event to court (and actually won) and it took 2 months.
My point is that if a $400 theft case takes two months then you are a fricking idiot if you think the shite that they are working on will only take 5 months. Some of you people are dumb as frick when it comes to the Justice system

Do you think it will last as long as the DEM/media constant regurgitation of the RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA hoax?? - which is still ongoing but just at a lower decibel level. But I do note that none of the suspect media has given any attention at all wrt these new developments - I would think they'd at least come out and defend their prior certainties IF they had any solid supportiing information.
But it is obvious that none of them ever even considered 'checking up on their pronouncements' (like they do with any MAGA assertion) - they just went with it an even expanded on the theme for going on 10 years - and now not a peep.
btw - what is your current assessment ??

The 2 have gone on for the same amount of time

Because almost nobody outside of MAGA cares about this stuff anymore.

Ignoring the subjectivity and opinion used in intelligence, and that Obama is the executive who gets to create policy, there are serious immunity and SOL concerns for Russiagate. There is no evidence of any large conspiracy, although one has been created to try to get around those 2 issues.
Some parties to Russiagate may have some criminal liability for later acts post-Russiagate, like potential perjury (but, again, the subjectivity and opinion comes into play, potentially, as cover).

It's up in the air, but if some were, they're almost assuredly not able to be prosecuted, and prosecuting them now has insane risks that would be terrible for Trump/MAGA
How can you say this when it is unknown what crimes may or may not have been committed and by who?
What are these insane risks that would be terrible for Trump?

We have had an idea of what Russiagate was for years.

You don't see how "prosecuting political enemies without evidence" or similar talking points would be terrible for "authoritarian/nazi" Trump?

Well if this is about RussiaGate then apparently there is evidence. Now prosecuting what now appears to be the ringleader "Obama" could be problematic. People keep comparing stuff with Trump and protections by being a sitting or former President and having a level of immunity. But the 2 situations are not comparable. Trump was prosecuted for things that could barely be called a crime. If Obama really did what they claim to have evidence of. He will have attempted to subvert a U.S. election and tried to undermine a potential and elected U.S. President. I saw your talking point from the other day and you may be right in the legal stand point it might not reach the legal definition of treason, but you know damn well in your heart it is treason if that is what happened.

I love Dan.
But we are way beyond the point of reports and “the truth will be exposed.”
If there are criminal investigations, they should end with criminal charges, disbarments, and elimination of federal retirement. These people need to be imprisoned, bankrupted and unemployable. Or they can go be insurance adjusters- like every other disgraced law enforcement officer and lawyer
