as for the congress there on "lawful business" she is so FOS. I assume there is a phone call, email or message of some kind asking to come in as a congressperson to review the conditions.

There wasn't any pushing and shoving until officers came out of the "no trespassing" area into the public area to arrest the mayor. I'm not saying the Congrrsscritters weren't guilty of assaulting officers. I'm saying there was no violent attempt to get into the building.
Wanting accuracy doesn't make me a liberal. It just corrupts the discussion when people wander from the facts.
As for the ban, I was clear. If anyone believes the Mayor was actually guilty of the crime of "trespassing," bet me. We can compare our understanding reality.

I am not understanding you. There was no trespassing and yet they came out to arrest the mayor.

I agree completely. THAT is what Republicans should be saying all the time...that and stressing safety should be the constant refrain.
Arresting people for bogus trespassing charges undercuts that message. Worse, the whole thing gives the Dems a talking point with independents. ICE doesn't follow the law: "look at that bogus trespassing charge against the mayor of Newark that was dismissed."

I just said: 1) no one was trying to break into the ICE building; 2) the pushing and shoving didn't begin until ICE began to arrest the mayor on public property; and, 3) the trespassing charge was bogus.
I'm for deporting ALL illegal aliens. I'm for charging ANYONE (elected officials, judges, etc..) who interferes or obstructs with ICE in performing its duties.
I watched the same videos as y'all have. The linebacker-built Congresscritter probably assaulted ICE officers...but, why no obstruction charges from the Newark incident??? Because, the facts don't support them.
