Did you watch the video? They were attempting to force themselves past the gate that was being shut. In doing so they pushed, shoved, ICE officers.
If that were you or I doing the same, we would still be in jail waiting for bail to be set!!!!

I don't believe this to be factual. I'd bet my 4 wheel drive truck that there are agencies/people already being paid by our tax dollars to do this.
Federal Congressmen should be focusing on other issues.

I did. Maybe we watched different videos. The ICE facility was behind a fence with barbed wire. The mayor and congressional representatives apparently were inside the fenced portion at some point. [They claimed they had been invited.]
The only pushing and something I observed was outside of the fenced portion, when they came to arrest the Newark mayor....for trespass??? When arrested, the Mayor was in the public area.
Ban bet? The trespassing charge is bogus. I bet the Mayor will not be convicted of trespassing. If he is, I will ban myself.
