I keep seeing posts about this but still cannot fathom what could possibly be the complaint here. I could see Muslims and Moral Majority types making a stink. But I’m not gathering those are the triggered ones this time, at least not the publicly vocal ones.

You have to know the intellectual pedigree of the offended cult. It starts with the same story we’ve seen play out before; a movement starts for just reasons - in this case feminism has a goal of giving women the same rights that men had. They achieved their goal, first getting the vote then getting the right to non-discrimination in the work force. The only thing left to do at that point is to get rid of “the casting couch” in the workplace.

But the movement had momentum, adherents, leaders and institutions that didn’t go away once all of this was achieved. Instead, like the Civil Rights movement, it started making up grievances: equal pay for unequal performance; regretting consensual sex turns it into rape; and the key one, all woman are good looking. No more using actual good looking women in advertising, because that makes scags feel inadequate.

I’m sure you’ve noticed the fat-asses and scaggy women in advertising recently. This happened because pressure was applied to companies to go that route. Of course, it blows and isn’t effective. So when American Eagle had enough of burning advertising money on trannies and fat-asses, they pulled this Sydney stunt, or at least that’s the way the blue-haired femi-nazis saw it. That’s why they’re so angry. If AE gets away with this every company is going to tell the femi-nazis to pound sand. They see their control of the culture sliding away and they can’t stand it. But it’s gone, baby, gone!
