All the panicians freaking out about the MOU

Need to read the “Art of the Deal”.
Trump is a strategist and visionary who knows how to play the long game for long gain.
I’ll admit there’s things I’m not crazy about but i trust Trump has thought it through and is playing 5D chess with an end game that few can see coming.

What do you think the "long game" is with this deal?

If Biden had started a war with Iran, got the Strait shut down and then proposed this “deal” all the Trump absolutist would be going ape shite.
It’s okay, you can be a Republican and admit this deal is an abomination.
Any rational person knows that it is…

The long game is he knows they are going to break the terms which will hold them in the blockade and trigger justifiable military consequences.
He signed it. It's over. Been over for weeks. So if we have to really pulp their asses, this gives us a little more time to get that ready and more importantly, it should nulify Congress and restart the clock. This time will be infinitely worse for them.
The good news is we've finally told the missile companies to up production for once. Could be seen as bad news too depending on if you're a war half empty kinda guy.
I think he knows they can't abide by those terms and them breaking it starts a new war. Old war is over.
He's 'tapping along' Congress.

This. I’m a big Trump guy and can admit this deal is a catastrophe.

If that's all Biden did I would have breathed a sigh of relief.

Just give up man. It’s over.

Iran has agreed to give up their enriched uranium for real. That's a huge deal.
Haters may claim you can't trust Iran. That's fair. But we have the enforcement mechanism of more bombings. As well as the carrot of major investors from major neighboring investing in the rebuild.
Name a president who's gotten us closer if you dare. I won't hold my breath.

Art of the deal is a memoir and about business advice. Not foreign policy.

Excellent! We need to purchase a lot more missiles from RTX. They make a great product.

If you point this out to them they will just call you names. The hypocrisy on this issue and others is astounding. They are too dumb to understand it.

If biden did all the same things as trump over the last 2 months, this board would be on fkn fire. Its really intriguing how worthless cultists have proven to be at displaying first principles. The 2 polar ends of politics in this country are disgusting.
Eta: I'm not even talking about people arguing this position maybe is a net positive to where we were before we started, or maybe things havent gone according to plan due to external factors and trump made the best of it. But the people, and theres a alarmingly high number of these, that think this was a master class...its just embarrassing on a basic reasoning level.. really only possible to make that claim with TDS type tropes, dubious facts, or other logical fallacies.

MOU isn’t the same as a treaty.

Jesus christ you people have played out that word...
Haven't seen anyone panic about the deal, as there is no real negative impact on the US unless we end up contributing to the rebuilding fund
The question is, was all the bullshite over the past 4 months worth it? Looks like most of this board says no at this point.
