The Dems have gone all in on their replacement policy. They know they cannot win on ideas, so the next time they are in power, they will give citizenship to every illegal, and will allow illegals to vote on a go forward.

All chips to the center.

It’s their only chance and they feel like they are holding the cards to win.

Honestly and unfortunately, they are probably right on a long enough time line.

Call Captain Ronnie Daniels in Pass Christian. He has a company that installs a more durable version of seadek that is better and cheaper. His guide service is Fisherman Guide Service. Great dude.
Dan is Candace. They both need to go away.

He’s phenomenal. Saw him this Fall. He’s like 1980s Bruce Springsteen meeting the War on Drugs. I’m actually surprised he’s not getting top line attention.

Listen to:
Hypersonic Missiles
The Borders
Arm’s Length
Angel of Lothian
Talk to You

I think he and Sturgill Simpson may be the best touring artists on earth right now.
Are there Israeli politicians that are American lovers and apologists that do everything possible to help America prosper?
He’s got a warm place reserved for eternity, would be my guess.
Actually, two things can be true. Trump (or at least his DOJ - first term and now) are not exactly pursuing satanic, pedophile child eaters with vigor.

If Congress had not forced his hand, we’d still be waiting.

Let’s also not forget Epstein was killed on Trump’s watch.

All of this has revealed to objective people that there are no good guys in positions of power in this country.

This is not a red/blue issue…it’s evil versus less than optimal. There is no good guy here.
Saw him on last tour. He’s one of the best on earth right now.

You mean the proceedings in which the Judge drafts his entire monster order on a simple injunction request before the hearing?

True.

Which is why, while not a legal precedent as in jurisprudence, it’s tactical precedent for schools to use to their advantage.

All you need is an injunction from a friendly court.

I would start with the fact he didn’t receive a redshirt at the time due to having a sore throat. I’d follow that up with Ferris State’s unwillingness to lie on behalf of Chambliss and Ole Miss.

No facts support a redshirt. Redshirts are given based on injury or illness after proper petition, timely petition and proof of illness or injury that meets a reasonableness standard.

You know that’s not true.

Clearly the point went over your head

Precedent - Chambliss & NCAA

First off, on a personal level, I’m happy for Chambliss. He and his family seem like great people and he’ll make life changing money this year.

As a precedent though, if you look at the NCAA rationale, he doesn’t meet the traditional criteria for another year.

In any other court in America outside of Mississippi, the petition would be denied on the merits.

As to precedent, let’s say a kid completed eligibility (maybe redshirt then four years). If said player files a petition for another year, then another year, then another in a friendly court and gets a court ruling, what can be done to stop it?

Essentially, maybe far fetched, Ole Miss just opened the door for direct competition with the NFL. As long as a kid is enrolled, and as long as they can get a local court to rule favorably on eligibility, they could play college ball for 15 years.

Yesterday was nearly as big for college athletes as unmitigated payment and transfer.
He’s a national treasure. I pray for his safe return. I highly suggest listening to him on any podcast in which he has appeared. He’s an amazing man.
He needs to return to the Trump of this time last year, including return of Elon and DOGE.

I personally think he’s physically and mentally running out of steam. After the last 10 years, I cannot imagine anyone that could stay on point.

He really needs to lean into black replacement by the left. The immigrant protection is simply future voter math.

Libs are replacing blacks with Hispanics and Muslims. He needs to point this out at every turn.
While the question is kinda dumb, the fact remains, the Left literally hates conservatives…like they would commit genocide. The right disdains the left, but in a frustrated and confused way.

The viewpoints are completely different. I truly believe the left is largely led by demonic forces.
