Bingo.
Why are 21 states fighting the feds to turn over voter rolls for federal elections? One california judge said it has personal info like ss#. Thats right he actually said that, the federal govt who issues ss# cant look at voter rolls because it has ss#.
I dont think many illegals vote the dems are correct. HOWEVER someone uses their ballot to vote and thats where all the harvesting comes in to play. Since they can just flip a switch at the dmv and make them eligible to vote, harvest those mail ins and stuff them. Since an illegal isnt expecting a ballot, none is the wiser.

So how can they be prohibited from voting?
They can in LA. City Council said so about 4 months ago. I’m sure that other CA cities have done the same

Removing all mechanisms to verify who's illegal and who's not is the same as letting them vote, genius.

Why post such misleading bullshite? That is not what their ruling stated.
quote:
On Monday, the Ninth Circuit Court denied the government’s appeal because the DOJ improperly skipped over the district court judge.
“[The] United States failed to allow the district court adequate opportunity to consider its application for a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”). For that reason, we lack jurisdiction over this appeal. So we grant the County’s motion to dismiss this appeal and deny as moot the United States’s emergency motion for relief,” the judges wrote.

It was a proposal to legally let illegals vote in LOCAL elections and they scrapped it for fear ICE would show up.
California does not require an id to vote so there is no way of knowing who is who.

Their ruling with such language was simply for cover. It obviously provided the very same result that "It's Okay" for illegal aliens to vote in California.
Nice try, though. If you wish, I will donate $10 to your favorite Philadelphia Center in your name for your effort.

Good reporting TOD.
It is stunning for Powerman to be upset with your conclusion. But I guess that 's what they do. Hit dog is barking.
My hope, and the original article posted had that liberal 'bent' to it, the DOJ will appeal it up immediately. The election process may be held by the state, but the feds have every right to insure it's integrity.

It should be fast-tracked for sure for an over-turn.

No, it doesn't. Question your own literacy.
It says that it is illegal, not that it isn't happening. Fentanyl is illegal too, so all those overdose victims will be happy to know that they died of something else. The gang bangers in Chiraq that get aerated every weekend by illegally owned guns will be happy to know that the holes punched in them were caused by fascism and global warming.
You pick some weird hills upon which to fight.

That's a bit of a cherry-picked way of explaining it. What they said was that the DoJ waited until too close to the election to file for them to rule.
quote:
The two judges faulted the Justice Department for waiting until less than three weeks before the midterm elections on Nov. 3 to file its lawsuit and only seeking a temporary restraining order from the district court last week. They also pointed out that the department had sought a temporary restraining order as California was already processing ballots.

Is there a specific number of days in the law, or is this a judgement call with a liberal bias?

it is interesting how the Courts protect the system. Despite a Congressional mandating that only citizens vote in federal elections the Courts will not allow the President to enforce that law - whether through ID requirements, checking and parsing registered voters, voter roll checks for status, etc.
It is almost like the system wants non-citizens to vote. But that could not be it, right?

Judges are far more political than they are judicial. Meanwhile, no one EVER mentions how judges become wealthy.

The headline of the article.

Poor Powerman. He will eventually get something correct.
Just not today.
