Vintage Tractors

I still see them on 16’ bumper pull trailers headed to camps.

And the gasoline boils in the tank on the 8N.

Uncle kept a 4020 and it still grades and pulls a small dirt bucket. It’s got to be 60+ years old now and still running.
Wonder what the sell by date is on the new computer tractors?

I grew up on an old John Deer. Not sure if my dad still has it now.

I used to cut my grandmas yard with a cub cadet with a belly mower. One of my cousins refurbished that tractor a few years ago. It came out great.

My older brothers went insane about 10 years ago and started buying. farmalls. They must have 20 in all states of disrepair. The result was 3 sweet rebuilds though. Unfortunately I don’t have any pics.

I’ve got a ‘52 in the garage, completely redone. Great grandfather bought it new, great uncle used it up until the late 90s early 2000s, grandfather got it from him after he passed and had it redone and I received it from him when he passed. I need to replace the battery on it but it will fire up and tool around the yard!

I've got a 1955 Ford 640. Gave my cousin 1500 dollars for it 25 years ago. It's been a good tractor. 5 foot bush hog takes care of roads and lanes and small meadows on 160 acre pine plantation. Grader blade works my 400 yard driveway. About 30 hp.

I've also got my late Dad's subcompact Bolens. It has a 16 hp Mitsubishi diesel. It's about 40 - 45 years old. It has a 4 foot tiller on the back of it. I use it for garden and food plots. It's a nice little tractor.

Still have both a JD 4020 and a JD 4320 around. We still use them for opening water drains and bush hogging. Both of those tractors must be 65 years old and they are still strong as hell.

I checked the value on them the other day, and both are worth more today than they were when my grandfather bought them new.
