Isn't this a pretty severe LDWF ticket? Harassing hunters?

I haven’t heard this story. I’ve been saying for years that Duck Dynasty destroyed public land hunting in Louisiana. That show convinced every dickhead with a shotgun they’re duck hunters.

shite was roiling long before duck dynasty

Grew up in Buras and fished with all the locales commercial and sports moved out after Katrina.
I have never heard of the dude. Not sure what “local” is considered now. There are a ton of people guiding tbat live there now tbat claim they are local but are just transplants.

Regardless of where he's from, a guide getting a hunter harassment charge should mean no more guide license or hunting/fishing license in this state. ESPECIALLY for a repeat offender of stupid shitnlike this

The video is in the comments of the post on the Louisiana Duck Hunter page

Jesus some of the comments on that page.

I’m glad I’ve never encountered anything like that hunting public land for deer. Everyone I’ve run into has been very nice and respectful, usually will ask where I’m hunting at so we know the general area where people are.

To be honest I wouldn’t be too upset if they just banned public hunting altogether down there. I haven’t duck hunted in years and only fish down there now, but the amount of idiots with daddy’s mud boat, riding around with their led bar on full blast, at 3am crossing the river in fog to get a cool Instagram photo is crazy. I don’t know how there haven’t been more people killed on the river the past few years with how dumb a lot of those kids are.

Agreed. Lifetime ban on hunting/ fishing license and lifetime ban on being a guide.

We just need him gone.

After he shot his clip, I have zero doubt I would have filled his arse with steelhead
I family sure wouldve found him later and shot his boat into Swiss cheese

I mean is a decoy really worth taking a guys life over? I mean good lord, as bad as him doing what he did is, the people saying they would’ve tried to shoot him dead is way worse lol.

Actually most of the young guys have more sense than the 30 and 40 somethings.

Ban public hunting…….slippery slope there.

The parish land needs to be better regulated

The nwr and WMA hunters pay for that
