eh.
Would have been understandable in this case but you can't apply that to everything.

frick that, he should get a felony for his reckless discharge of a firearm and lose all his guns for 10 years or whatever the Louisiana law is for it.
What is the Louisiana law for loaded gun in a vehicle on public land? Here is Mississippi on public land on any vehicle...Boat/Atv/ truck.. a gun is supposed to be cased and unloaded while the motor is engaged.

I’m not missing any point lol. Throw the book at him, I agree with that. But you people wanting to kill the dude are no better than he is lol. It’s kind of weird how some people just want to murder someone and have a legal reason to do it.
I don't see anyone advocating killing the guy. I see people arguing he is lucky as hell he wasn't shot. There's a big difference.
Can anyone confirm whether hunter harassment is a game violation? Did he break any laws that would threaten his hunting privileges'? It doesn't sound like any of them were felonies right?
So if another hunter harasses a fellow hunter is that not a game violation that would threaten your hunting rights? Seems like it should be.
