also, you don't have to pick little BBs out of the squirrel while cleaning with a .22

I just spit the bb's out on the plate after I cook them. Hunting squirrels with a silencer is illegal right?

Get my lil .22 and get by a good oak tree before daylight. Once they quit showing up, I go walk around looking for deer sign and sneak up on the rats when I see em.

not always, year before last i shot one feeding in a beech tree. when i bent over to pick him up another one fell out dead and almost hit me in the head. both were so small they fit in the palm of my hand. they were tender though

When I did it, I'd walk in and settle in till some would move. *bam* Then I'd move a ways and repeat. I could settle in with the best of them.

Toss my hawk up in a tree, walk through the woods shaking vines and beating on trees with a stick as the hawk follows. If I see one move before the hawk sees it, I yell, "ho ho ho ho ho!" (but with a different intonation than santa claus) to get the hawk's attention. Watch hawk chase it through the trees and try to head it off if it gets on the ground and starts making a break for a tree with a hole in it.
