Does the average person even remember him anymore?

Change your last name, people will forget your face after the initial outrage of the trial, and live a normal life.

The media and the totalitarian left in this country all know and hate you. They will never leave you alone, and they will deploy the courts, the FBI, IRS, and ATF to constantly violate your civil rights and make your existence a living hell. Almost everyone knows your face, name, and family - and many incorrectly believe that you are some kind of terrorist or white supremacist that enjoys killing innocent black people. You cannot continue to live your life as you did before without harassment, and you clearly have at least some level of PTSD about everything that happened to you in the past year. Gun rights advocates and people impacted by all of the political riots of 2020 think you are some kind of hero. Thousands of people want you to run for political office and speak at their next political fundraiser.

I believe most of what you typed here is false

Sue the city, prosecutors, detectives, and any entity that defamed me.

Then vanish from the public eye as best as possible.

he should be acquitted based on the testimony i've seen but I'm not certain he will be

this type of situation is where I really marvel at the derangement of the left, flip the situation and make it a black teen at a maga rally/riot who shot his attackers, they scream to acquit.

But why? I mean if he is not guilty of breaking the law...

well thats kinda the point of this thread isn't it?
he chose to put himself in a risky situation regardless of his legal standiung, and now his life is ruined (at least derailed). dont you think if he could go back and "not" travel out of state with a firearm to enter a civil disturbance he'd jump at that chance?

dont you think he'd choose "not" to kill somebody over something he had nothing to do with in the first place?

i know i would

Yes they do. In Wisconsin, a jury must be unanimous on whether someone is guilty or not guilty in a criminal trial or it's a hung jury.

Well... He did testify under oath yesterday to committing a federal felony when he talked about getting the guy to buy him a gun. That was a Conspiracy to make a Straw Purchase and is punishable by 10 years in the Federal Pound Me In The arse prison. He wouldn't get the full 10 years but I absolutely expect him and the other guy to get indicted after he is acquitted here. He probably shouldn't have testified about that.

FWIW, I think the Prosecutor knew exactly what he was doing when he elicited that testimony. They do that shite all the time with business people during white collar crime trials. They ask the guys about the loan application for their business and the guy admits to fudging the app. No big deal, until the FBI/IRS shows up on their door.
