There are homes off Perkins between Bluebonnet and Siegen that look very similar if they haven't been updated. Lots of parts of this house look like they were built by the same builder as my dad and step mom's house. Depending on how much of that acreage is buildable, it could be an amazing price with developers lining up to bulldoze this and put up a subdivision. It sounds low for 50 acres in EBR though, so I’m guessing a lot of it floods.

Very little. All of that land is for privacy.
This house is way back in the woods toward the end of South Harrell's Ferry where Honeycut Bayou dumps into the Amite River. There is nothing but woods between it and I-12/Ochsner hospital. If you zoom in w Google maps, there are a few well maintained dirt roads all back there.
