7k + SF and 50 acres, its not an unreasonable starting price.

Thanks for link, my driver's assistant was looking for a bungalow for his mistress's housekeeper.

Does it come with 2 of these?

All it’s missing is the When dinosaurs ruled the earth banner hanging from the living room ceiling.

What does price per acre go for in that area? Is most of this property wetland?

I feel like the right architect could do something pretty awesome with the house. It's got a good base to work with. Probably take close to a million to do it.

You are basically just paying for the property. Whoever buys it either turns the whole thing into a subdivision or someone buys, tears down the house and builds new

When they say “in Baton Rouge“, what do they actually mean?

Depends on how much I had.

In this hypothetical, how much of my net worth is $2 million?

That house is a trip. Love it. Love that it’s attached to 50 acres.

But even if I had the money for it… I would never buy it. Flood zone. Screw that.

That house could be amazing, but you’d need another $500k+ to get it there…
