Development would be tough with this property. Not enough usable land for a subdivision of single family houses. The Shadows Community is influential enough to block rezoning to apartments or town houses.

Looks like this is a case of kids having unrealistic expectations for their parents dream property.

If the want to sell, price is going to gave to be in the 800-1m range.

Chicken feed. You can spend more than that on 50 acres of scrub on the outskirts of Ray Vegas.
