re: U.S. deports 95-year-old who was a Nazi concentration camp guard - SpqrTiger
not defending this guy but in every war you have people that want to stay in the rear with the gear
Right... I get that in normal armies there are people who handle ammunition and food and clothing and toothbrushes for the other troops. Nothing wrong with that. But if they don’t li...

re: U.S. deports 95-year-old who was a Nazi concentration camp guard - SpqrTiger
don’t understand posts like this. Again, this was not a death camp. This was a concentration camp that also held POWs. We had these too.
I know the difference between a death camp and a concentration camp. There were no more operating death camps by 1945. They had all been capture...

re: U.S. deports 95-year-old who was a Nazi concentration camp guard - SpqrTiger
I didn’t say we were convicting him of being a pussy. What I’m trying to get you to understand is that he had a choice to do what he did. He didn’t have to be a concentration camp guard. He chose that life. The Nazis were mobilizing 12 year olds to fight in 1945. They would not have turned a...

re: U.S. deports 95-year-old who was a Nazi concentration camp guard - SpqrTiger
It’s important to note that this guy wasn’t “just a guard” forced to do a job at gunpoint. For starters, you have to understand that he did not request a transfer of duty from being a concentration camp guard. He could have chose a combat role and I’m certain that the Nazis would have been overjoyed...

re: "Bitch I'm from Louisiana" is MUCH more embarrassing than "Neck". - SpqrTiger
The song does suck. It’s like nails on a chalkboard to almost everyone listening to it, except our players. So we tolerate it. Even if you’re one of the few who have convinced themselves to like it as a pump-up song, you’re being dishonest with yourself if you think the song is good. It’s object...

re: Doom Patrol on HBO Max - SpqrTiger
Overall, I liked it. But I wish it would work on a few things. Most importantly, they need to work on Robotman’s dialogue. By the second season, it’s degraded to him screaming “what the frick?” over and over. I get that he’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer and that his character is (rightly)...
Steel Panther
This is the correct answer. The nation needs to unite under "Poontang Boomerang." Team-up them up with Donny Benet, and everyone's ears will get pregnant at halftime. ...

re: How much of history is true? - SpqrTiger
Zero percent of history is true. History is the interpretation of a past event. By its nature, it cannot be true. It can be accurate, or reliable, but never true. ...
