200,000,000 lump sum or 600,000,000 over 30 years. Just keep living your life without the attention seeking behavior?

I wouldn't live my life as normal in the sense that I wouldn't be employed

Beyond that I wouldn't be doing anything that extravagant other than traveling.

Material possessions have diminishing returns when it comes to happiness. You can live a life of opulence without needing a 12K square foot home.

Absolutely. I’m old and old school,
Money is rarely if ever discussed in conversations.

I wouldn’t say a word, because I wouldn’t have too because there will be signs

Yup. Privacy and some protection from lawsuits.

Not telling anyone (fiance the exception) wouldn’t be hard.

People would know when I was courtside at Rupp though.

Of course. The changes would be subtle but hard to hide over time to closer people.

Depending on the state, your name may be public record.

I don't tell anyone anything now, so that part wouldn't be much of a challenge. I would just have more choices- maybe too many if I think about it.

I would just get a job with a very well funded LLC. I would oversee the maintenance of their holiday properties and recreation equipment. Extensive travel and an administrative assistant or two would be required.

More specifically, signs that would say, “frick you”.

In Louisiana winning the lottery is a public record. Some states allow winners to stay anonymous.

I think I'd let people know, and then tell them the answer is no. Get in front of the issue.

I'd start buying a lot of land so no way to keep it secret since that is public record.

Yep, and that should be illegal to out people who suddenly become wealthy winning a lottery. Puts a big target on their backs and leaves them open for all types of scams, con artists, mooching relatives they didn't even know they had, etc.

You absolutely couldn’t tell ANYONE…..people will kidnap your family for a million bucks. I wouldn’t want to risk that.

Maybe.

But I would be totally void of self control delivering a few "frick you"'s to a few deserving assholes.

Yes. I would not change my spending habits for a solid 6 months and then pay the taxes on those winnings and then plan from afar.
