Couldn’t you have an attorney form an LLC and claim the winnings on behalf of the LLC. LLC is registered under the attorney’s name as agent of record. Winner would be listed and identified as the attorney as the agent of the LLC.
Only thing is you need a lot of trust and money to give the attorney to file the paperwork and give you the winnings.

I think people would figure it out when I quit my job and travel around the world

I would not outright tell anyone, but there would be signs like the incredible volume of new guns that would be showing up pretty continuously.

The headache of family and friends would be overbearing so I would do my best not to say anything. However, I’m sure they would have questions when I hop in my private jet that lands on the airstrip in the middle of my hunting lodge. I would put a trailer on it as to not raise anymore suspicion.

Yes, but there would still be signs.

My immediate family - and I know they'd keep their mouth shut. I don't need a bigger house or car. Well, maybe except Bullit's 1967 fastback which has always been my dream car. And maybe my first type of motorcycle - I'd love to find one and do a complete rebuild from frame up.
Maybe a few trips like a flight in a P-51 and a B-29.
Other than that, you'd never know. My kids would be set up as would my family.

Lawyer up, create a trust structure, claim winnings in trust.......no one could ever sue you and have access, period
I have 2 kids. Pay em each 10-20k per month. Let the rest just absolutely compound. And have everything i own structured to the trust, however many levels needed.

New lotto winners tend to have a lot of new friends after winning.
So no. I’d keep my mouf shut.

Not really . Get one in the state where you're creating, and he can't say sgit, ever, even under subpoena

I don't understand trusts and LLC's very well but if I ever won the lottery I would learn because that does seem the way to go

This is false. Of course there are plenty other things in life that are fulfilling which money cannot buy, but the ability to buy most things I want without concern leads to a much happier life.

There are ways around this to remain anonymous. It’s already been done in Louisiana and several states where the winner is required to be published.

I mean before or after I tell work to eat a monster dick

I'd transfer the lump sum to LLCs hidden behind trusts. Live off the interest after I buy a bunker inside a 10,000 acre mountain property. The only thing people would know about me is that they never hear from me again.

I would spend a chunk of it buying out all the attorney billboards on I-10 and use it as anti-woke advertising.
Step one.
Then, I probably consider two girls at the same time.
