I got set up on a blind date once with a girl that turned out to be a catcher on the softball team at a small college.
She was a little more stocky than I would normally go for…..and definitely knew how to guard home plate.

I'm 6'1" and she's 5'10" her hands and fingers are as long as mine which is why she was supposedly a damn good pitcher back in the day.

Years ago I was in the Phoenix airport waiting to board a flight and the UCLA softball team was at the gate next to mine. I would say 80% of the girls were "husky" and I do not recall many being remotely attractive.
