No, lack of accountability is the conclusion, many just work there way back from there as needed.

0 chance. IMO nothing can justify the killing of any kid, much less your very own flesh and blood.

I know a lot of people say this is about accountability, and I've made comments to that as well.
But I really think part of it is that women don't have the constitution to do the hard, but necessary things.
Was she going through some things? Clearly. Can we just not enforce rules when someone is going through something and does something awful? No.
Our entire political system nowadays is basically built off of women not wanting to feel responsible for something being done that "feels" bad. Deporting people is tough, but necessary. Convicting Lindsay Clancy is tough (if you think she had legit demons), but necessary. The result is not holding people to account, but I don't think the cause is "women aren't accountable" necessarily.
Really if you want to get down to it liberalism more broadly is about the reduction of accountability at its core.

I haven't been following this case but I know enough she should be found guilty for the mere fact that she murdered her children.. But here is a facebook reel of a woman's point that makes a lot of sense...

You are still responsible ethically. Even if you were out of your mind with CTE, steroids, and fried your brain with recreational drugs. If you kill someone you did irrevocable harm.
Rights are only ethically possible when they are counterbalanced by responsibilities.
Thank God we didn't have a bunch of WWE fans wearing cock and balls visors to protest the suffering of Chris Benoit.

Stepping in your friends guts, seeing someone get blown into pieces and living in world where death is a daily reality; is not the same thing as having a baby.
Her defense it total bullshite and hormones are not a justification to kill children.

Absolutely not. This bullshite some women are trotting out there to try and excuse the murder of 3 innocent kids is revolting. "She didn't know what she was doing. She couldn't control her actions."
If I go out and drink and drive and run someone over, I'm going to prison. Just because I was too shite faced to know what I was doing isn't an excuse. Neither is this supposed mental insanity. She killed 3 children. Lock her up in a jail cell or psych ward, DGAF which.
It's disgusting how many women out there are supporting her. Modern women have jumped the fricking shark in so many damn ways it's infuriating TBH.

I don't know what's going on with post images, but I think about the scene from "As Good As It Gets" with Jack Nicholson:
When asked, "how do you write women characters so well?" his response was as follows:
"I think of a man, and then I take away all reason and accountability."
One of the best movie lines ever

Sounds like the OP does not know much about mental illness or criminal justice. Most of the murderers who have successfully pleaded guilty by means of insanity are men. PTSD is not the only form of metal illness. I am not saying that this women should not be found guilty of murder, but to ask the question," would men choose Not guilty by reason of insanity for another man?" just ignores history, because this happens more than you think.

Hell no

Most of the murderers in general are men
So that’s a pretty useless statement.
And I don’t ever recall an outpouring of public support from men all over the country for these insane men.

Hung jury or not guilty with that many women.
She may get to hang out living a decent taxpayer paid life for the rest of her life.

What Chris Watts did, murder his wife and kids and stuff him in a live oil well storage tank, is absolutely insane and he must have been insane to do that, no other explanation, but I never heard a single person go to defend him, and rightfully so. Not sure why it’s any different for this case. Could you imagine if Chris watts had a $1mm gofundme raise?
The theory that Lindsay Clancy’s husband did it is also pretty mind boggling. Could you imagine being that guy who just had his 3 kids murdered by your wife and people are saying you did it, when the defense literally admitted that she killed the kids

No. But accountability is male gene

No. Mental illness defense is BS now. They can find any psychiatrist to say he’s crazy.
Fry them all.
Fry them all.
