You gotta recruit some trans' (is that the proper plural version) for next season. They'll be glad to play with the guys.

The last time i played co-ed flag football, a chicks boyfriend tried to fight me.

A pass was thrown over the middle and i went up to catch the ball while i was crossing the middle.

A chick defender was coming to try and stop the ball or stop me. When i caught the ball, my momentum kept me going forward as i was coming down from catching the ball and i ran clean over the chick.

Her boyfriend ran up screaming how it’s just flag and why am i going hard. I said all i did was jump up to catch a pass, i couldn’t stop myself midair.

The whole thing turned into this huge boyfriend trying to be a white knight BS

Flakiness is one of my biggest pet peeves no matter how serious the occasion is. If you promise to be somewhere and are late, that absolutely drives me crazy.

My dad was a coach so for sports specifically, for me to miss a game, I had to be half dead

I still don't understand why women can't plan for a simple hour of their day on a Wednesday afternoon at 7:00, especially given the commitment and entry fee.

They can...just not the women you guys have asked.

I will admit though, finding females committed for a competitive team in a competitive league is difficult and usually what separates the best teams in the league from the good teams in the league

There’s definitely a significant segment of female population that simply doesn’t respect plans/commitments/teams/etc

Ahhh, the good ol' co-ed softball days. We used to have a blast. Our first season they made us change our team name after the 3rd game. We were pissed too. We were 3-0 and liked the team name "BYE". We were so intimidating that no one even showed up to play us.

the fee for the league was $100.

I’d point this out to them and let them know they owe each player on the team $100 for wasting their entry fee.

Depending on how they look, I’d also let them know you’re willing to let them work off their debt.

Probably because they were not very intertested in playing to begin with, but someone from your teams talked them into it.

Wow, bunch of bigots.

Women are just as good if not better than men. Science.

You should always have an extra player come out. In co-Ed, would plan for extra women for sure

Recruit more girls (and better looking) for your team, or move up to men’s league

I was in Central Park in NYC and the cast from Beauty and The Beast were short one female player. They needed the win to make the broadway league post season. They offered my girlfriend what seemed close to a NYY offer to play just one game for them. She obliged, but they complained the whole game out women not showing up for coed league sports.

Why don't they just make you play shorthanded? 3 infielders and 3 outfielders.

Then the game still happens but there's a penalty for not meeting the quota of females.
