shite will continue until you start bringing the hammer down on these kids. Which lets be real, worst case and more realistic scenario that will never happen, best case scenario the city can clean itself up a little in a few years when latoya’s term ends.

She's not the only problem. You've got judges and a DA that are radical activists and refuse to enforce adequate penalties for breaking the law.
