I loved living in New Orleans when I lived there for 10 years, but I do not want to live there again. At this point, I'm a bit afraid to even go visit friends. Getting in and out of your car is a risk.
This is such a tragic story and the number of carjackings right now is almost unbelievable. I hope these kids are all prosecuted as adults. They knew darn well what they were doing. It was planned and they knew they were dragging that poor woman on the street.
