Yes there is and it is impossible for LSU to police all of the underaged drinking going on during tailgating, but since LSU's greek system is associated with the university so that holds more legal weight.
What I don't understand is.. Let's say someone has a tailgate party set up. If you are in a fraternity and you go with that party, if you don't have your letters on or something associated with the fraternity you are in, will anyone be able to identify you as a fraternity member?
It seems like frat members can still tailgate, they just don't want frats and their gang mentality BS to be around..

I’m in my 40’s and haven’t thought about my fraternity in years. In fact I didn’t particate in much after my sophomore year, but these anti fraternity cucks are hilarious. So much rensentment for some reason.

I think the Greek System is sorta killing itself by not upholding any sort of standards.
And to be honest, most alum wouldn’t blink an eye if frats were killed.
The current state of frats are so far removed from what they were intended to be.

This most recent tailgating deal has little to nothing to do with LSU. The blame lies with the chapters and the kids. It’s not LSU’s fault that no security company wants to put up with yall’s bullshite anymore.
