Because they are irrational and insecure so if they can’t get the attention they feel they want, they get pissy

You are gendering them!

:gretahowdareyou.gif:

My former supervisor was a woman. She stated more than once how she far more enjoyed being in an office full of men because there was FAR less drama than being in an office full of women.

Less drama = more opportunity to get shite done.

I've been in all-male shops that had more drama than I've ever seen in a coed shop

Because women are not meant to be in the workplace. They are mentally hardwired to run a household. The big lie that leftists have sold women on is that being a housewife and taking care of kids is something terrible and to be looked down upon. If more women would embrace their natural role as nurturers in the home while their husband goes out to work and provide for the family, not only would society as a whole benefit, but women would discover they likewise would find happiness as well.

What could go wrong giving emotionally driven people any sort of power. They were better off staying at home. Just go look at any city run by a woman...

I am not trying to be sexist at all, but the evidence at this point is overwhelming.

I don't doubt that's happening, but thinking on it, I don't think I've ever worked a job where there was "drama" amongst staff. At least not anywhere besides a bar/restaurant when I was a kid.

I've never worked anywhere very large in size, though. That might be the reason.

Here is advice from a woman who made it to the top of her field:

Female Pepsi CEO

Women are smart enough to run the best companies.
Women are driven enough to run the best companies.

But

Women were created by God to be the heart and center of the home. Nothing can soothe or replace the gentle love of a good mother. The impact is lifelong.

Women try to do it all and no one can do it all. I have told my daughter to choose career or family but not both. One has to be the priority. You can’t be CEO and a great mom.

Now put females who don’t like each other in a sales position and watch the sparks really fly when there’s commissions on the line.

I knew an older lady at work who was a customer service rep in an office full of women. One day she got called to HR and her female boss was there and putting her in a disciplinary step. It turned out she came in that morning and did not say hello to her boss. As the “investigation” went on it turns out her boss was in a conversation with someone else at the time and accused the lady of cutting her eyes at her. I can’t even phantom the pettiness of this woman. There was always drama there. Two single gals were sleeping with the same married man and when they found out about each other they turned him into HR for sexual harassment and got him fired. When he counter-sued and it came out they were sleeping with him, they got fired too.

Men are pretty bad about this, too.

They may act chummy at the water cooler, but there’s a lot of back stabbing and gossip, too.

During WWII, the young men went to war, and women worked in industry to support the war effort. My father was too old to go; he ended up maintaining the equipment the women operated, and drove the work bus. Stories I heard my father tell my mother and grandmother were often about near cat fights.

They can but it is always fragile. There is always a hazing period that they have to endure. Things can move faster if they have a common enemy. If you are not a fit into their group they will beat you up until you leave
