A woman thrives on drama. If there was no drama in this world, women wouldn't have anything to do and then would be forced to think logically which means that most of us would be single virgins again. Drama is key to Earth's survival. Let it be and bust a nut from time to time.

Because women are not meant to be in the workplace. They are mentally hardwired to run a household. The big lie that leftists have sold women on is that being a housewife and taking care of kids is something terrible and to be looked down upon. If more women would embrace their natural role as nurturers in the home while their husband goes out to work and provide for the family, not only would society as a whole benefit, but women would discover they likewise would find happiness as well.

So true. A while back I left a female dominated workplace for one more predominantly male. It's amazing how much better shite works now.
Irony level- former CEO was a guy, new CEO is a woman. And new CEO is a effing stud. Ain't much to look at, but she's good at what she's supposed to be doing.

At any workplace, there will be cliques of females looking to talk shite or ostracize someone. That’s how female behavior works.
Kind of goes back to bullying in school.
A lot of male bullying is physical or one time humiliation.
A lot of female bullying is destroying someone’s social standing because one girl in a clique doesn’t like them.

Lol - I love how women being dramatic is blamed on PMS, hormones, periods, etc
At my last job - all the old ladies were at each others throats more than anyone else
